Program window not displaying correctly

Hello

I have a problem with the program window: It doesn't display the footage correctly. when I make the window smaller the preview image becomes smaller inside of it's container and leaves traces. If I edit a graphic (animations etc) and resize the program window, the aspect ratio of my footage changes as well as it leaves these traces.

I also found a third bug which isn't connected with the program monitor: Every time I click in fornt of any footage the timeline turns white.

I've made a video so you can see what I'm talking about. (The language is set to german) Dropbox - 2018-05-12 18-28-18.mp4

I hope anyone can help me with these problems.
