Programm Monitor freze, no move

HI,

Cant do anything with the programm Monitor, i see only a white screen, we sounds works but the video is freezing, but sometimes it works, mostly not.

What the hell can i do, to fix it?

My PC has good Hardware. Updates all the newest, Treiber up, Premiere Pro up, Windows 10 Updates up, NVIDEA Treiber up to date, Graficcarde Treiber up.

I see all the time only the first pic or when i move this window, i see the second Window.

I cant do anything with this shi.^^
