Project clips stuttering and now unable to render sequence

I have been working on a project pretty constantly over the last few days that have been using screen recordings of Google Earth (which I have come to imagine are pretty sizeable media), and at first, things were working well. I initially started rendering the sequence to facilitate a smoother playback with these heavy clips, but have noticed a brief black frame at the start of one of my clips (where a tiny portion appears unrendered despite being in the middle of a clip), and more recently noticed stutters when clips end (as seen in the provided video below). And now, when I attempt to rerender the sequence, I am met with a message that says it is not possible

 

I am pretty unfamiliar with nearly every technical aspect of this program, so I apologize preemptively if I have accidentally omitted any pertinent information or if I need to be walked through it slowly.

 

I am using Adobe Premiere Pro version 22.6.3 (Build 2) on a Macbook with Monterey version 12.6.2

Delete all preview files and render again. Avoid small sections of unrendered clips.

Hi Ann!
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately deleting preview files was still fruitless. I am met with the same issues and am still unable to render small segments of clips. 

I was able to remedy the black frame during the zooming in of the first clip by removing a time remapping keyframe. And other clips, where there seemed to be a repeated frame about a milisecond after the end of the clip, like inserted sequence of photos below, were remedied by reducing the speed of the clip by even 1%. While I am grateful that I have found a solution, this almost confuses me more

 

 

 

 

Also what I don't understand is why Premiere can't process the beginning of some clips, like the overlay of magazine covers, pictured below. These are just jpegs and quite small relative to the other files I am using in this video.
