Project different framerates
Hi there,
First of all, I'm Dutch. So I hope you can understand my English ![]()
I have a very, very embarassing question. I filmed quite a big project. And because it was a whole day, I just started importing and selecting the right clips. Nothing about editing.
But somehow, I didn't think of different framerates. Quite stupid
So I edited for I think 6 hours, I have a total of 6 minutes and 48 seconds, with clips less than 5 seconds. I made my sequence in 59,94 fps, because that's what I filmed most. However, from another filmmaker which I got footage from, and some 4K footage I made too, I have this framerates:
29,97 fps
50 fps (from the other filmmaker)
59,94 fps
So I'm thinking if there is a possibility to solve this. When interpret all footage as 29,97, it (of course) collapses. Because I pasted it all behind each other, on the rythym om the music. Is it a good idea to have, for example, a nest called: 'preparing for the day'. Then collect all that footage from the nest, make the footage 29,97, make the nest 29,97? I'm not reallly known in Premiere, so I got those tiny red numbers with -... Which means I thought something like it doesn't fit. But I really don't know how to solve this.
So, blame me, but do you guys have some brilliant ideas, which I could apply? I understand it will take some hours to do it, but I'm just looking what is the best way. Or, maybe, worst case scenario, I'll have to do it all over again
That's the only thing I could think of right now, but I thought, let's ask first ![]()
