Project error / file corrupt

I had 8 errors show up in red and then it said error. It gave me options to reset preferences and update the app. The app was already updated and I've reset the preferences, un-installed and re-installed, opened the auto-save projects, moved the file into a different folder, opened a new project and imported my existing one. Why is my project erroring/corrupting???? and how can I fix it??? YouTube and Adobe community aren't giving me answer!
