Project File won't open for new editor after Project Manager

Hey there, I'm having a lot of trouble with a project hand-off to another editor.  It happens on all of my projects. After I project manage the sequence they need, (offlining all large media that they have on their end), the new editor keeps getting a frozen progress bar part way thru opening the project on their end.  We are both working on 24.2.1, both on Macs.  I don't have any weird of third-party plug-ins that could be causing hiccups.

I've re0installed Premiere, deleted cache, deleted preferences and plug-in cache, imported the project in question into a new project and saved.  Nothing seems to work.  Both my project file and the project file created by the Project Manager freeze for the new editor.

Has anyone come across this issue and or a fix to it?  Thanks!!

"(offlining all large media that they have on their end)"

You actually wouldn't need to offline those files since the other editor has them also. Make sure you guys are using the same file paths / folders.

Have the new editor create a new project and then import your project into it.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
