project lost

today after completing my edit, i exported it but suddenly my laptop froze at 92% and it just wont budge. i restarted my laptop because there was no other way. after restarting my files were gone. 

again i made my whole edit from scratch and the exact same thing happened. i think it might have been because of the essential graphics i used. however autosave was on but still after restarting when i opened the project, all my videos were gone and it simply said import media to start. i was so frustrated! i spent so much time and effort just for all my files to disappear. isn't there any way to recover my project's edits? please help me out!
