Project not compatible on other systems

I’m working on a feature documentary on version 25.3 ON AN M3 macbook pro running sonoma 14.4, and for some reason when other people open my project with cloned media, their systems crash. This has happened on multiple edit systems running the same version of Premiere.

The original media is 4k, and a full set of proxies has been made  (I’m editing with the proxies). My project works great, but I’m concerned that when I go to online I might have the same problem. Any possible solutions?
