PROJECT SAVE ERROR

Hi, my project crashed while working in Premiere and I was able to get the file from Auto Save that was about 5 min old. With my stupidity and also being new to this, there was an issue of saving it again.

So I deleted the previous file and deleted the auto saving folder too on my external drive.

I did the same with the desktop folder where it was saved.

After I wanted the project to save it showed PROJECT SAVE ERROR and suggested as save as in another location. I did that and still the same.

After inspection the file has 27MB which is not normal as they were usually around 300kb.

I am still able to open the file, but I am not able to save it.

Any help at all? Or is it the case of starting from scratch?

Thank you

Try creating a new project and import the old one into it.

Thank you, I have looked up a video how to export a sequence to a project. I was able to find the project save from 2 days ago (which going basically from that point would be a lot of painful work again) and exported the sequence I needed and was able to open to this older project version. It seem to work. The file size of t prproj is still 27MB, which is my only concern.

Any idea, why the file jumped from 300kb to  27MB?

Thank you again.

After a bit of research I thrink the file size grew after the warp stabiliser. So it all seem to be fine then.
