Project Thumbnails Blank/ Media Play Button Unresponsive

Hi

I'm currently working on multiple projects to post later on Youtube but all of my projects no longer want to play on the timeline or anywhere on the application. Many of the thumbnails are sometimes blank and no longer play the sample at all in the project section even when a thumbnail is present. Everything works when i upload each file individually in a new project but not when i upload any new or old files in the previous/current one that has all of my editing.

Also everything works when i make a new project and upload the projects im having problems with but i need the timeline. I have tried loading previuos autosaves from far back but im still having the same problem. this applies to projects i having opened in a while. Im suspecting all of this is happening because of my preferences.

Media pending screen does appear but it also freezes in place and doesn't get bigger after i adjust the program section size.

So to summarize

Problems

. Able to move playmarker around but the video is blank and no audio is present 

. Program section which shows the video has the pending media message upon loading but i suspect that its just frozen because the box captures frames when its adjusted and the pending media message will not increase in size once you collapse it.

. Play and stop button switches but the timeline doesn't move

. Everything is still present on the timeline it just doesn't appear or can be heard

. Autosave and saving no longer functions pushing the cancel button crashes the application

. Can still add new and old things to the timeline and project but it doesn't appear and cant be heard.

. Unable to play any type of video or audio anywhere in old saved files

. Sometimes the application captures frames leaving a stamp like effect when adjusting the size of work areas but i don't get any lag when doing it.

Whats probably not the problem

Files Offline I made a offline search bin which brought up 17 items none being my video but they are selectable in the data usage within the offline bin and project which takes me to where all the various clips are located. None are grayed out 

. Missing Media ( I haven't moved any of my files)

. Memory Problems (cleared Cache, Decreased Ram for other apps, no lag)

What i suspect the problem is

I unplugged my headphones and Microphone but i set everything up how it usually is or i think... Whats different is i have never unplugged my microphone before so i am thinking another setting was changed that i don't know about. I have never used the microphone in Adobe Premiere Pro but its always plugged in. I have selected the microphone again as well as turning it off but it doesn't correct the problem. I have tried to reset the preferences holding a Alt on start andreset it but that still doesnt improve anything

I just started editing and haven't even posted my first video yet but i had a weeks worth of videos saved up that i had planned to release next week and 5 days of editing so I'm a little depressed right now. Any help will be greatly appreciated
