Project won't save after applying Warp Stabilizer

After applying the warp stabilizer effect the project fails to save, reporting "An unknown error occurred while saving the project. Select 'Save As'..." 

 

I have had this issue come up on multiple projects after using the warp stabiizer. Saving as doesn't work as the next time you save you get the identical error. Saving to an external USB drive btw.

 

Anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Anyone at Adobe have a solution to this bug?\

Keep your project on a local drive.

Reset preferences, trash media cashe, make new project import old one, Reset workspace are a couple of things you can do.

Dont think WS is the culprit.

Hi Ann,

 

Thanks for the tips. I can eventually fool the app into saving, but this is not practical or helpful to my flow. I am pretty confident that WS is the issue as I have encountered the bug over a dozen times, but only after adding the effect. It does seem to be related to saving to the external drive, something about the combination seems to trigger the bug.
