Projects are damaged after a long work (double subtitles, sound disappears, etc.)

I export video from the project and after that distortions appear in the project. The sound was irrevocably lost, the subtitles doubled and moved out. All project work is ruined! This is the second project of this kind! 

Auto saved examples of project are demaged also. Though I had no problem till exporting the video. And exported video is normal.

Adobe Premiere Pro version 23.2.0

Operating system - Windows 10

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU

I need to work with these projects but I have to start everything from the begining. And my client waits for the result.
