Projects from a last week and before not opening after 24.1 update

I can't open projects from the first week of December and the past few months.  Anyone else having this problem? 

It's possibly related to the plug-in CLARITY Vx from Waves as any projects that don't have that or my Red Giant Universe plug ins seem to open okay, but using both Adobe Premiere 24.1 and the newest Beta.
