Projects Won't Save Correctly

Hello,

I hope I can explain my plight correctly. Just recently, shortly after updating to the newest version (23.0.0), I had to go back to the default settings in Premiere Pro. Since then, my projects will not save like they did before. The workspaces will not save (if I change it in one project, it changes in all other projects), the bins all revert to a "closed" state and some (not all) of the sequences in the timeline close, or rearrange order. Although these are minor issues, they are pretty frustrating. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have not experienced this issue before. Am I missing something in the settings or preferences? Again, I am using the most up-to-date version (23.0.0) on a PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
