proportions/aspect ratio

Hello,

I would like to create a small clip as a reel for Instagram. For testing I sent the mp4 file to several smartphones. The proportions/aspect ratio were changed on the Google pixel 7. It looks bad because I wanted to show people. Is there a way to fix the aspect ratio for all output devices?
