ProRes 4444 XQ still missing ?

I just updated to Premiere Pro 14.3.1.  But I'm not seeing the Pro Res 4444 XQ codec as an option in the Export Settings.  

I’m running on a 2019 iMac / macOS Mojave 10.14.6. 

I’ve confirmed that Premiere Pro 14.3.1 has updated their file format support of ProRes 4444 XQ on macOS in this latest version.  https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/using/whats-new/2020-4.html

And a few friends updated their Premiere Pros to 14.3.1 also on Mac and can see ProRes 4444 XQ in their Export Settings.  However, my 14.3.1 doesn’t have it. 

Am I doing something wrong?  Is it because I am still running macOS Moajve Vers 10.14.6?  It shouldn’t be according to Adobe’s system requirements:  https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/system-requirements.html

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
