ProRes only opens as audio

Since updating After Effects and Premiere Pro, I can no longer open some ProRes files. They only come in as audio. Can this be fixed ASAP.

    It seems like this problem is a result of your codecs not being properly configured.

    Please see if you can update:

    - Software for the codecs (e.g. update Quicktime)

    - Drivers for your video card (e.g. nVidia)

    Hi there,

    I did do that. What I read was that Adobe used to use the Quicktime codec to decode ProRes and they no longer do that. So it appears their built in decoders are not fully compatible with a 4444 ProRes MOV.

    Not sure what to do other than roll back to import and render them as Cineforms to use in current version.
