ProRes RAW frame substitution error

Hi,

For a few weeks I've been working with ProRes RAW 5.9K files from Atomos Ninja V. Almost in every project I get same error message: 

Frame substitution recursion attempt aborting after multiple attempts on file

After PP restart things work fine for a while... sometimes... from time to time I need to restart PP 3-4 times or shut down the computer for a while. Moreover, 4 times out of 5 export fails - especially when I have a lot of ProRes files in a project - however, it often works fine when exported in smaller chuncks (or without Lumetri)*. Problem dissapers if I don't have ProRes RAW files in a project media bins.

* Problem is more "solvable" this way in PP export rather than in Media Encoder

Does anyone have similar issue and, what is more important, does anyone have any solution to that problem?

Atomos and PP are fully updated.

My hardware: TR3960, 128GB RAM, Geforce RTX 2080Ti

I edit out of external SSD via USB-C, but the issue persist when ProRes RAW files are transferred to internal storage as well.
