ProREZ RAW Editing

I'm editing 4k Prores RAW in Premiere Pro. I have different exposures, same clip. It's a wedding. Even though I splice the clip, when I change Exposure in the PRORES RAW Source Settings it changes it for all the spliced clips. The exposure needed to be change throughout the recording to adapt for the bride coming in from bright sunlight to a dark pavilion. I understand it a "source setting" but does anyone know of a work-a-round?

Source settings apply to all uses of any section of that clip in the project.

If you duplicate the clip in the Project panel, you can have different "instances" of the clip with each having different source settings.
