Proxies issues

Question

I am dealing with a problem with my proxies files, all my proxies are freezing the image toward the end or middle of the scene. I tried different things, interpreting the footage before and after creating the proxies, I already reinstalled Premiere and Encode, and I also tried different proxy settings, but the problem remains. I had situations playing the proxy file outside premiere and looks corrupted with the video frozen kinda in the middle of the video length. And sometimes, the proxy file was running well outside the premiere, however, the same problem persisted in the premiere.
