Proxies Remaining Timer Not synced

So while waiting for my proxies to finish rendering, in Media Encoder, I noticed that the remaining time at the Progress bar and the remaining time in Media Encoder it is not synced. If in Encoder it says 1 minute and in Premiere it says 1 hour.

It is not a super important bug but it is something to know maybe for a future update. 

This is in the latest version of Premiere and Media Encoder. Windows 11. PC
