Proxies working in source but not sequence

So, I cut some of my footage up from the source on my home computer and brought all this into work, my work computer is slower so I made proxies

For some reason all the footage in the sequences won't use the proxies, it will in the project and source monitor, and if I redrag it into the sequence it will use the proxies, is their any way of getting it to use it? I've checked and when I click reveal in finder it even says it's using the proxies, but it clearly isn't
