Proxy changing FPS

I made proxies for my footage. I have certain clips where I changed FPS to 8.98. When I toggle those proxy off, the timecode is completly different. How can I export with the proxies off but with the correct timecode?

I believe you are stumbled on this old Premiere bug - You can't use "interpret footage" with proxy, Unless your proxies were encoded with that desired FPS value. Completely illogical, it's definetly a bug, yet not fixed for years already.

You need to make your footage into contstant framerate first, then make proxies.

As of now your timecode is off. 8.98 framerate is obvious variable framerate.

Best way to convert is to use Handbrake.
