PrPro Beta 22 and 15.4 are not listed in Cloud apps to download

I have finished editing in Premiere Pro Beta and need to transcribe for captions and it can't connect to cloud.  I found in community help to upgrade but PrPro Beta v22 or PrPro 15.4 however they are not showing up in the Creative Cloud menu to download.  I have synced and it says all my apps are up to date and I have seleted downloading OTHER VERSIONS but they are still not listed with all of the previous versions.  Please help... how can I download these version?
