Publish to Vimeo not working in latest upgrade 23.5 for Mac

"Could not obtain upload ticket" is the error I get when exporting/publishing to Vimeo. I tried restarting, logging out, logging in, different internet connection... all the usual stuff. This happened a few years back after a new version was released. Looks like it happened again. I'm using Mac OS Big Sur, with Pr version 23.5. Same issue sending sequence to Media Encoder. Will not upload. Started happening immediately after upgrading to version 23.5
