Punctuation moves to front of text in Premire Pro

All punctuation such as exclamation points, and question marks are going to the beginning of sentences. I tried to find some solutions but there are no such topics for Premire Pro. The only thing I found is to set up  - Edit>Preferences>Graphics and check "European and East Asian" but this didn't help.

If that doesn't work, try resetting the preferences:

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:
Reset a workspace
Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.
1. Do one of the following:
• Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
• Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
from here:

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
