Question about GTX 1660 Super

Hello folks, i do a bit of charity work and i am now interested in a new rig aimed at video editing in Premiere Pro. Hence, I am wondering, is a GTX 1660 Super 6GB good enough for 4K video editing? I am about to buy a new system which also includes 16gb ram and a ryzen 5 3600. And my question is, will i even be able to render in 4k with this gpu? The reason is, im looking to buy a monitor and found a good 4k monitor i want. But not sure if my gpu can even handle it, or if i should just stick with my 1080p monitor?

Would love some expertise advice. Thank you all.

Good enough, but the RTX 2060 (non-SUPER) is an even better choice for that CPU at minimal extra cost.

I agree the RTX 2060 would be a better choice.
