Question about MOGRT Files

Hello
I download  a MOGRT file (paid for it) and I don't know how to this files work yet.
I'm new in Premier Pro  ...
So, do I have to render the file every  time that I open Premier Pro to be able to see it run the whole thing?
I just;

Render Effect in work area (like 24 minutes)
Render Entire work Area   (Like 30 minutes)

Render Audio (This was quicke)
saved the file, close the laptop, like an hour  later, the damn thing is choppie  again ...
What am I doing worng?
There is a better way?
How?
Whatch YouTube videos, but can  find nothing about this ...
Any help, will be very appreciated ...
