Question about titles and them reoccurring?

Ok guys I have premier pro, and I have a very noobish question. ON the bottom left of PP there are the videos we put to the time line.

But there is something there about making new titles.

So when I do that I can individually make a new "text" when ever I like. The question I have is, can I just make 1 title, and then drag that across the entire video, and edit the words as it goes?

I tried it and even cut the title into parts. But when I edit it, it just goes across the entire spot specific to the title.

If anyone has a video or something that could help me understand what I am asking, I would be very grateful.

Cause I am sure there is a way easier way then this.

Make one title and add the text.

    Drag into timeline.

Now on the timeline Alt+drag this title to the next spot in the timeline were you want new text.

Double click in this title and edit the text.

    And so on.

Alt+drag (which is duplicating) will give you new instances of the same title but with the ability to change the text without altering all previous titles.

If you copy/paste and change one title, all titles will change too.

Thank you, I am really new to the program and that just helped so much!

I can think of so much more creative ways to make videos now
