Quick Export of Video with Auto Generated Captions and SEO

My question is regarding inserting CC to my videos using the 'Quick Export' function of Premiere Pro 2023. I am trying to find out whether using the transcribe/CC function of Premiere Pro 2023 connects my new CC video to increased searchability through Google.  I have many varied length videos without CC that I am looking to filter through Premiere Pro to transcribe and insert CC. Can anyone tell me whether it is a better SEO outcome to go the .srt route specifically to increase searchability on Google/YouTube or will the quick method be as useful?
