Quick key shortcuts premiere pro disappeared

Question

I have tried every fix I found online and still no luck. Using a mac and just want the regular old default keys but when I pull up the keyboard shortcuts they are blank and I am unable to reset them. They don't work now on any version and the latest one I have is 24.1. I don't even own a mouse and I am losing my mind. Is there a help line? So frustrated.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
