Quicktime , error retrieving frame

Hey
I'm having a issue to import and playback a Quicktime, Animation that is RGB+Alpha channel from my client. I would highly appreciate if I get some answers and solutions quick.

    Found a solution by importing and exporting that file from Davinci Resolve into a Quicktime file. Now I can playback and preview it completely fine In Premiere Pro

    If the footage is variable framerate convert to constant framerate with Handbrake or Shutter Encoder before bringing into Premiere.
