Quicktime screen recording pixelated on export

Hi!

Trying to export a video that includes 4K footage I shot myself as well as some screen recordings I did through Quicktime. When I export (using H.264, Match source -- High bitrate), the screen recording looks super pixelated? Any advice on how to fix?
