Most definitely an issue when export is cancelled right away after it has started. The premiere icon even shows the export bar at the menu line (image added). Other options such as "sequence settings" are not grayed out, but wont respond. Thank god it lets you save before force quit.

Had the same problem yesterday. After some troubleshooting the problem seems to occur when an export is cancelled. Especially when it's cancelled right away, before it can properly start.

The app is working normally, but the quit function is greyed out like it is during an export.

The good thing is that it lets you save the project before you force quit.

Here are some possible solutions:

- Save and force quit.

- Go to "File" and "Close all projects'', then try to quit as usual. It might be that there are several projects open.

- Check if there is a pop up window or a task running in the background. Click "ok" or wait until task is finished.
