Rainbow Wheel when I open my project in Premiere pro

Hi I have a client that sent me Footage. I was able to add it to Premiere. But now when i open

Premiere it gives me the Rainbow wheel and it wont go away.

The clips have are names with a +XYSPD1403H+.mov

which is odd to me that they all start and end with a +?

i have other projects and all Open and work fine.

This is the only project giving me this problem.

The footage is also very large in size. most clips are from 70 to 90GB
