Random MXF Files Rendered

I recently got a Microsoft Surface Pro 7, and I added the Adobe programs I use through Creative Cloud. Since then, I've been getting notifications from Creative Cloud about MXF  files named "Rendered - " followed by a random string of numbers and letters being rendered and saved onto my Surface. This wasn't happening before I set everything up on my Surface.

I had a video project I made in Premiere and rendered on my old laptop about a week or two ago. These random MXF files are being saved to a folder named after the project. I've checked Media Encoder on both my laptop and Surface, and Creative Cloud to try and find where they are coming from and how to stop it but I can't find anything. Is there a way to fix this issue and stop the files from showing up?
