Razor Tool and dragging sensibility used to be more precise?

Hi! I finally upgraded to the newest Premiere, bought the subscription and all. My problem is this: while razor cutting, or while dragging an end of a video to extend it or shorten it, Premiere used to be more precise. I mean, Premiere used to supposed you were tryng to cut a video in the same place the audio below it was cut, for example, and when you put the razor tool somewhere near that point, just a few frames, the cut would be done there. Same when dragging an end, or dragging a whole video down the timeline; if you put that end near the end of another file, it would help you with it. Now, it's like I have to ridiculously zoom in to have the simplest cut made where I want it to be. I don't know how to call it, "cut sensibility"? "Cut aid"? I'm loosing an insane amount of time having to zoom in and out to make an obvious cut.

I remember complaining about how much it would readjust my cuts for me, now it went to a whole opposite, far worst direction. Hope I made myself clear and you can help me. Thanks in advance.

I'll take a guess too... 🙂 Are you talking about 'snapping' the little magnet on the timeline controls.

Are you talking about Trim Mode in the Program monitor?
