Hi! I just had the same issue! Spend 3 hours deleting Cache, reinstalling premiere... What helped? Making a new Project and copying the old files into it. Must be some bug.

yes, it was set to No Input. Audio was MP3, Adobe Premiere Pro Version 25.2.3

My specs are: 

Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090

 

So I guess it was JUST A BUG. 

Guys, if you have the same problem - just make a new project and copy everything inside! It does the magic!

Check the Audio Hardware Preferences. Default Audio Input should be set to No Input.

Can you specify your exact issue?

What are your system specs, audio file formats, video formats etc?

which version of premiere pro?

your project workflow?
