Re-linking media makes every clip in timeline the beginning of source video

Hi all, I'm running Premiere Version 23.4.0 (Build 56)

The media in my project that I've been working on for a few weeks now needs to be relinked and located. For this project, it's one long video that I'm cutting up. When I locate the media, my timeline is cut exactly as I had it, except every clip is the beginning of the source clip.

I've tried relinking it when it prompts, in the project window, in the timeline, loading an auto-save - nothing is working. The only thing that makes me think the metadata is still there is that if I forgo locating the media and hit F over a clip in the timeline while the media is offline, it knows what part of the source clip to pull. If I link the individual clip, it pulls from the right place, but every other clip is auto-linked to the beginning again.

Please let me know if you have any insight on how to fix this!
