RE: Premiere Pro Bug - Media disappears from timeline

One of our Editors has been experiencing some issues with Premiere Pro. While they are editing a video, sometimes media (usually audio) in the timeline will disspear as if it's been deleted, even though they didn't give the delete command. This has typicaly been happening when they step away from their computer and let it run idle for a few minutes. The deletion apparently happens when they've stepped away.

Has anyone else been experiencing this issue? And if they have, is it a problem with the user's local machine? Our team works off of a Cloud-based server (Lucid Link), and accoding to our other Editors, and they have not had this issue on their end.
