Re: Proxies and Export

can someone please assist me with a technical issue I'm having. I have a project that was shot on a red camera. I am new to editing this format. I have created proxies for all of the footage but all of the cutting that I did for the project in the actual sequence window was with the proxies. Should I have created my project out of the 4K footage and then edited it through the toggle proxy option? Do I now have to actually go in And take all of the 4K footage and redo the entire project or is there someway I don't have to do that? I can see that all of the original 4K footage is linked to the proxies. I had to do it manually. The second part to this is my curiosity on how I am going to export this project. Can someone please give me a hand? Thank you to anyone with the time.
