i am also having an issue with exporting any video i was on a trial and now i have a subscription as of 9 pm and every video i render doesn't become anything other that a audio file!

    Did you install trial and activate membership while it was installed? Not that it shouldn't work but if I hit an issue like that, I'd simply uninstall the CC apps and reinstall using the CC app directly while logged in to your membership. You might want to clear caches too.

    If you feel it could be user error, like sequence, sequence settings or export options you're welcome to post screenshots but it sounds like you know about all those things so I'm wondering about some trial installation issue or something. Installation is actually fairly quick with just Premiere, AE, PS and the usual... not sure how elaborate your setup is but it's a thing to consider.
