Re-transcribe is not available

Question

Hi, I'm running 24.5 for the first time. I transcribed the sequence. Premiere transcribed Track 1, but not Track 2, so I only have half the conversation. Re-transcribe is greyed out and I can't figure out how to transcribe Track 2 alone. Any tips are appreciated!

Did you "transcribe the sequence" (a "Static" transcript) or did you transcribe the source media clip(s)?

If the dialogue doesn't overlap, you can re-transcribe using "mix" for the audio.

Screenshots will help. If the audio is not standard, right-click in the Project Panel, then Modify -> Audio Channels and get that screenshot.
