Reaction video not showing up premiere pro

Hi, I make educational videos and I have a screen recording video, a video of me explaining and a black video for the background. I scaled the video to my liking and when done editing and I play the sequence it seems perfectly fine but once I export it the video of me explaining which is the smallest in scale doesnt show up. Can anyone help out? :'(
