Real time view of Effect Controls adjustments using Up/Down arrow keys

I'm using Premiere Pro Version 24.4.0 BETA (Build 13)

Prior to this update, when changing parameters for Effects Controls using the up and down arrow keys, I could see the changes in the Monitor window with each key press.

After the update, when I change the number using arrow keys, I have to hit Enter before I can see the change.

The lack of seeing these changes in real time has slowed me down drastically, please bring that functionality back!

Version of the app: 24.4.0 BETA (Build 13)
Platform and OS version: Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2
Basic steps to reproduce the problem: Use up/down keyboard arrow key to adjust any parameter
Expected result and actual result: Expect to see the effect of the parameter change immediately (upon key press) in Monitor. Actually see no change to video in Monitor until I move away from that parameter or press Enter.

The need to press Enter or leave the parameter value box in order to see the effect makes it so that, once I see the result, if I need to tweak it further I have to move the cursor back and click in the box again.
