recommended settings to combine sony A7 ii and Gopro hero 7 footage

Hi guys,

I am trying to do a holiday video and this time, i will be using footages from Sony A7 and Gopro Hero 7 and editing them on Premier Pro.

1. for ease of editing, what settings should i be using Sony A7ii ? I want to incorporate slow motion in some of my footage

sorry if it sounds obvious to you, but i have using A7 only for stills so far, and previously only video clips from Gopro and Dji Mavic.

2. should i used the standard wide angle for the Gopro?
