Recording Audio Doesn't Recieve Pre-App Adjustments Consistently

When leaving PP, and returning focus to it to record audio, the FIRST time you return to the app, Pre-app audio adjustments DO NOT get applied. I'm unsure if it's because I'm trying to record a voice-over too quickly after regaining focus, but this is still a bug.

For example, I record using a microphone (yeti classic) that receives audio enhancements and modifications outside of premiere through Logitech G Hub. Now, if I follow the scenario above, NONE of those enhancements will get applied during the first recording in PP after having lost focus and returning to the app. WHY? I have no idea.

I can tell because my voice sounds terrible during that session, with a boatload of noise and a humming sound. It's terrible.

Subsequent recordings seem to correct the problem.
