Red arrows with +3 and -3

Hi there,

I get the following in my timeline and it seems that the image and audio of my film is not aligned properly.

What is the easiest way to fix this ?

Right click on either the video or audio red box (depending on which one you want to align.

Select move or slip...

Looks like slip in you case.
