Red frames

I got some obs footage and i uploaded it into premiere pro, it looks fine at first then it just shows red frames, the sound is playing though.

2 options:

Check your sequence settings, and see what your previews are set to. Make sure it's something intraframe like Cineform, DNxHD/R, or ProRes. Then select your timeline and tell it to render previews.

Or ... select the media in a bin in the project panel, right-click, Proxies/Create Proxies ... and select the included Cineform preset.
