Red Giant Universe Plug Ins Not Working

I have recently been experiencing an issue on a project where Premiere white screens any Red Giant Universe effects/transitions. I have uninstalled, re-installed, both universe and premiere pro. I have tried previous versions of the two as well, still the same thing. I have gone as far as reseting windows and reinstalling drivers. The same issue. I've contacted Maxon but wanted to see if anyone here had a similar issue.

What response have you had from Maxon? It will probably take their help to get this fixed.

Maxon recently made some changes to their on-computer management systems. And it can make using their plugins a no-go until you get that resolved on your machine. It took me a day to get it fixed on mine.

 

I'd been using the RedGiant control panel, and that still said I could logon/login and set things. But the plugins wouldn't work. So it said you could try the Maxon controller, and still, no go.

 

I got a support response telling me to uninstall the RedGiant controller, then install the newest Maxon controller, and login from that, Which got me running.

Are you talking about the maxon app? If so I've done that repetedly and still the same outcome. If not, could you clarify the controller? Thank you for the response.

Have you reset prefs? Cleared caches?

Yes both, same thing.
